This is a lot of good tips on how to 1v1 Raum in a 5v5 game. Honestly, he's not a nightmare to deal with because he can self-sustain all day. He's a nightmare to deal with because he can self-sustain all day long AND there's a Support behind him AND there's a whole enemy team doing their things. So you kind of need to focus him down, but you kind of can't, because there are things besides Raum out there. But when he's left unchecked, you're kinda wasted. And as you've pointed out yourself, tanks can STALL him more often then not. Not 1v1 him. So if the battle goes awry, there's nothing you can do as tank. You're on a timer.

U also gotta remember its the same way the other way that raum has a full team infront of them. A tank that stops his self sustain and a solid dps can force him out creating space for ur team, and allowing flanks to do things. It just comes down to teamwork.

The extra movement speed is definitely taken for granted (30% is still Nimble 3) and the ammo regen you get with Wanted 5 (regen up to 20 ammo per second while using Agility) means you don't have to reload as often and you are not consuming as much energy to keep firing. With how much more energy efficient it is and how much more distance you get from using one use of Agility compared to one Shadow Step, you can kite Raum more efficiently and with better overall damage results. Also, I think it is worth taking into account that with full Life Rip and Trigger Happy 5 (increase healing from all sources by up to 50% while firing smgs) Koga heals himself for 600 hp/s, not taking into account extra damage from head shots. With head shots he heals for 900 hp/s, which is equivalent to Raum's base dps without head shots or other damage modifiers. This means it is *technically* possible to out-heal a Raum's base damage as Koga. Of course, this is with maximum Life Rip and not taking into account Cauterize, but I thought it would be nice to bring up just in case. Koga's Trigger Happy easily makes Life Rip a genuinely viable card on him so long as it fits the situation, yet, I see no one talking about this lol. In my *opinion*, Koga is a viable pick into Raum so long as you know what you're doing and Raum isn't the only tank on the enemy team (Koga benefits from the enemy having shields and other big hit-boxes to regen energy off of with Adrenaline Junkie, without them he kinda under-performs). That's my two cents. :)

@Marco the point of the tank is to be basically unkillable. The lack of a shielding ability is compensated by his armour ability. You're trading shielding for health, which is why he appears unbalanced. The compensation for his megahealth is the spread and charging time of his minigun as well

I don't know if I want people to know about all this because I'm enjoying Raum myself but yeah most games my damage focus on raum one or two at a time while leaving the healers to buff him up, then we get picked one at a time. Raum doesn't have any kind of burst outside of his ult, he should be a very low priority target unless there's 3 people on him.

Ying is a potential DPS too, besides Furia and Jenos. She could either use Focusing Lens (if you have a good aim control with her, also full dps without healing others) or Resilience (which is way more effective than Life Exchange, to me only though) and dominates. I use Resilience in battles (cuz I suck at aiming and LE is one of them) and believe or not, I'm most definitely win the games whether it's normals or customs, with a life saver build, of course. You can totally go against Raum 1v1 no sweat with FL or Resil, based on your builds. I usually use Resil when it comes to Raum becuz, again I have terrible aim and mostly rely on my Illusions' damages. My cards for Resil is (in case you're interested) : Mesmerism 4 Rewind 2 Harmony 4 Pursuit 3 Spring Bloom 2 Thanks for the tip Pushy 👍👍

You got some old ass footage, I had forgot buck's old gun. Some of the tips don't work outside your controlled 1x1 tho, raum can easily cancel his F after he passes the kraken and follow up with Ignition leaver no change of escape for dredge. Besides the kraken can't kill him and will probably displace him into a safe position. Also all interactions of max health dmg vs soul armor have been patched away. Soul armor is not HP.
