Yes, you do have to pay for this as this is a subscription service :) It's a quarterly subscription and they usually send out an email a week or two before notifying that a charge will be made soon.

Hey Lastic, my pusheen mermaid cup came with a smaller crack, but for me it does not go all the way through the inside of the cup! So if they will not replace it, it may still be usable!
