pushing forward when you don't feel like it

Hey friends,
in this video i live through trying to take care of myself, feeling my emotions, and going out and supporting friends! Sometimes when you're depressed, it's scary to leave the bubble of sadness, because that means you have to do SOMETHING. Something sounds vast and vague which is really intimidating, but so is staying in a cocoon of misery. I've come to realize that every day is going to come whether I want it to or not. I had a Nickelback phase when I was like 11 (I know pls we're not going to talk about it) and writing this right now made me think of their song that went "If today was your last day, tomorrow was too late, would you say goodbye to yesterday?" It makes me think about how every day we have no clue what's in store, and we should be living our fullest as much as possible.
Are you living your life to the fullest?
Also I really hope you read this bc I can't believe I used a Nickelback quote and outed that I was a fan.
