@@langolodelladistopia6171 uhhh no. I think the only time it is good to heal io is when (1) io is low or (2) when you are both low but not near enemies. I think its still useful to buff yourself to get creep lh faster than waste it on io since the tether now gives constant healing, especially during early laning phase (first 10 mins). Besides Io is stacking the jungle that time so almost all buff should be on LC to secure duel kills

@@philmcearly healing io gives more heal to lc than if she just healed herself. but true the attack speed bonus would only go to io and not lc. depends on what lc needs at the moment. for duel its better on herself, but for general healing / running away better to heal io.

The counter for this build is disablers, and possibly try to stop the lc farming, because if he gets to either aghs or bkb, ur screwed. I recommend lion, shaman, and other disabler supps.

I don't think that Rizpol knows about maximum attack speed. Two moon shards, press the attack, and IO tether is pushing 600 AS, and 700 is max. More AS has diminishing returns anyway; 100 attack speed doubles your attacks per second, and you need another 200 AS to double it again. Stacking moon shards is thus generally inefficient.
