🫨 she bowed out. I have never ran this race but if I had to get ready in a hurry I would find a person to race 800m with a sled pull on the backstretch. Hook up to it on the last lap. Sometimes do high knees or skips.i prefer intensity over volume. Stay focused and stay strong. That vo2 takes time to develop. Be patient. 🤔☠️🤔

Nice vlog! Seems like no one told you this, but especially during hard sessions, try to breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth (and after the hard peaks through your nose out as well again). So much better for our nervous system and performance. 💚
