Amanda Lewis I think Mary is equally if not even stronger than Peter. How she's handling things is amazing. She's amazing.

Alex Ștefan I didn't say mary wasn't I was pointing out something great in Peter I feel like he doesn't get enough credit I think they are both equally strong

Amanda Lewis Obviously, but all I see is comments about how pretty Mary is and while that's true, I feel like something other than that transpires when she's getting filmed battling a migrane.

A couple days ago I was experiencing crippling anxiety before going out to do something. It got so bad that I started dry heaving 5 minutes before I had to leave. Rather than giving up, I thought of you Mary, and started chanting "do what you think you can't do" to myself. Then I found the strength to get out the door and continue on with my plans. Thank you for being inspiring

Unfortunately I always experience nasty anxiety and panic attacks when I see the tiniest speck of blood. Usually I end up fainting and waking up with nausea afterward. Well, on Friday my husband had to have cleft palate related nose surgery, and on the way back home in the taxi I saw a wee little bit of blood on his mouth cover, and I fainted, I was limp as a noodle and white like a sheet. It's exhausting and it really impacts my self-esteem.

Mary to stop the tube kinking I recommend using a wooden popsicle stick and taping it around the tube. You can break it as small as you want and It acts as a splint to keep everything nice and straight. My nutrition team recommended to me and it so simple but very effective!

I'm sure you've tried everthing under the sun, but when I have a headache that has a headache (extreme pain) I finally remember that ICE is my go-to pain reliever. I'm not sure that an ice pack on my head numbs my brain so that the pain dulls, or distracts me enough so that I fall asleep, or is there magic sneaking around the house. Don't care- I get relief. It might help you too. Love to you both. 👵🏻😘

I'm watching this as I go through the worst migraine that I've experienced all year and that hadn't gone down in three whole days. But weirdly, watching Mary and the way she manages to fight through the pain, it makes my own pain a little more bearable. Bless Peter for being such an amazing support system for Mary, and bless my boyfriend for staying with me while I cry for hours on end. People don't usually realize how much their support means for someone else, and how their presence sometimes is enough to give us the strength to push through shit.

The Vlogging Murrays I have a rook which is very very similar to a daith. The cartilage is really thick in that area, so it can take a little bit longer to push the needle through. It burns for a few days. It will hurt for several weeks whenever something touches it, but it's very tolerable. I've had mine for about a year, and it gets irritated every once in a while, becoming inflamed and painful, but it's not bad. (I also have slow healing from my chronic illnesses.)

U guys & the $13 deals! (Thinking of the hotel u stayed at the first night of your married lives together.) Good job. Sad to see Mary in so much pain. Happy to seeing how much u two support one another. I have disabling chronic pain & fatigue ( fibromyalgia, chronic myofascial pain, TMJ, etc.), chronic headaches & migraines( In at least 17 years, I've had 1 day of no headache.). I also have a partner who helps take care of me & sacrifices himself for me in many ways. Pain sucks & doing what u think u can't is part & parcel of life w/ life- altering chronic illness. Mary, thank u for bravely showing yourself the scared, vulnerable side of this life yet again. Peter, thank u for showing what life is like ( sometimes scary) for a loving, giving caregiver. Sorry if this sounds jumbled but I had a bad night. Sending u two hugs & spoons. Take care of u!

She wasnt supposed to survive 5 years after being diagnosed and she blessed us with 20 plus years. It definitely wasnt an easy journey, but your strength reminds me of her. (Before anyone thinks anything, mom didnt smoke a day in her life. Yet another lung disease that can develop minus those nasty cancer sticks.) I dont know why she never got a lung transplant. Mary I'm sure you guys have spoken to specialists about it but can you try a migraine medication? There are specific medications for migraines that might work better? I have chronic migraines and imitrex is a gift on the worst of days. I am sending all of the love I can.
@BhappyD7 жыл бұрын
Lindsay Song I am so envious of people who can take Imitrex and Triptans for their migraines! Imitrex, as well as all of the medications like it, causes extreme unbearable pressure in my head (which is the LAST thing you need with an extreme migraine), because my disease affects my body's ability to metabolize certain medications correctly. I deal with a severe migraine daily, and would love to have some of that relief so many people get from taking Imitrex. I'm so glad it helps you though! 😊 God bless! 💗

Mary have you ever had migraines? Because this sounds like one, especially with the nausea. I hope you're feeling better today! It’s surprising to me that a massager to your neck helps your migraines. My migraines are always triggered whenever anyone touches my neck, whether it’s physio, or massage or chiro. But hey. Seeing other comments it seems like it was a migraine day for many. I woke up with one today as well. No fun at all. Hydrating, rub pressure points including roof of your mouth, the cold rag on the head, lavender essential oil, no lights or sounds, my mouth guard retainer thing that keeps me from clamping down my jaw, and changing positions. Today standing up was so much better than sitting or lying down. Whatever works, I know it is much better to be home than on the road. We had to go out of town for our son the last time I got one that I had to go to the ER to get fluids and emergency meds. We had already checked out of the hotel but ended up checking back in after the ER because getting on the road was a scary prospect. All that to say, stick to well populated areas and print out a copy of your medicines and medical history to hand off in an emergency on your trip!

Angela Nash Congrats💍! My 37th wedding anniversary is this August. Enjoy your engagement and remember, its all about the marriage and not the wedding. A wedding is easy, marriage is work, one day at a time. Make plans, set goals for your life together but be flexible. We've been through it all (births, deaths, bankruptcy, near-homelessness) and although my husband drives me to distraction some days and I want to bang my head against the wall, I'm in it for the long haul. Best wishes from sunny Southern California 🌴
