सरजी एक राज्य है वो महाराष्ट्र उसका नाम है वो भारत का सबसे corrupt राज्य हैं पिछले 5 साल पहले जब election हुआ तब उस पाच साल के बाद around 4 अरब 95 लाख 72 हजार का बोजा सरकार के खाते मे जमा हुआ है राज्य ( state) में विधानपरिषद के 367 आमदार हैं उन हर एक आम दार ( mla ) पर SALARY पावणेदोन लाख हैं जानेवारी 2018 की खर्च की जिम्मेदारी आमदार का मुल वेतन 61 हजार महंगाई भत्ता 91 हजार 120 रूपया हैं (COMPUTER ) संगणक चालकाची सेवा 10 ,000 दुरध्वनी सेवा 8 हजार रूपये तक हैं टपाल सेवा 10 हजार रूपये ये सारा पैसा लोगो के टॅक्स सें पैसो से लिया जाता हैं हर एक आमदार (mla) को महिने का TOTAL 1 LAC 86 THOUSAND 120 Rupees हर months के खर्च का भार सरकारी तिजोरी पर हैं एक टर्म रहनेवाले माजी आमदार ( mla )को 50000 पेन्शन दि जाती हैं हर एक टर्म जितनी बार election जीतेगे उतनी हर बार के लिए 5 हजार रूपये खर्चा किया जाता हैं आमदार के पेन्शन( salary) हर months को 1 करोङ 36 लाख 56 हजार रूपये खर्चा का अधिभार हैं होता हैं अगर हम देश भारत देश की बात करे तो 2 अरब 45 कोटी 50 लाख उससे ज्यादा का अधिभार ( बोजा )हैं वैसे mla ( आमदार)तो बहुत पैसा और भारत मे बहुत ज्यादा टॅक्स देना पङता हैं indirect और direct tax पंरतु कॅनङा अमेरिका और अन्य देशो मे इनमे से दो मे से 1 टॅक्स हो लोगो से लिया जाता हैं indirect tax और direct tax इन दोनो मे से एक ही टॅक्स लेते हैं आप ही कहिये सरकार के पास पैसा नही होता corruption के मामले इंङिया नंबर 1 हैं और जिस देश मे टॅक्स ज्यादा होता है उन देशो में लोगो की आमदनी कम होती हैं एक रोजगार करनेवाले मजदूर महिने की 7000 आमदनी पर अपना घरदार चलाता हैं कमसे कम किमान वेतन 15000 की मर्यादा तो होनी चाहिए सॅलरी की अमेरिका कॅनङा टॅक्स का उपयोग शिक्षा hospital का मुफ्त इलाज के लिये लगाते यहाँ पर इन सबके लिये पैसा देना पङता है जैसे religious endowment act 1863 ऐसे कई अंग्रेजी कानून और उनकी व्यवस्था हैं वैसे इंङिया मे आजाद नही हुआ वो power of transfer जो हुआ हम अपनी mother pariliment के वचन बद्ध रहे हों और कुछ लोग drugs और दाऊद इब्राहिम से भी अच्छे संबंध है कुछ राजनैतिक नेताओ वैसे देखा जाये इंङिया का पहला education minister ही अनपढ था ञ Venezuela के पार्ट में आपने कहाँ सारे टॅक्स देने चाहिए आपसे एक सवाल कहता हूँ की पेट्रोल म्यानमार में 35 रूपये लीटर हैं
