Mostly agree with ur analysis..70%.. edit your video to have things you liked in beginning 😃 so on point : - about the story could have been limited to some region, not too much international stuff & no logic in him having power buildup buying everyonr but not able to take over shekawat.. - Missed Keshava character to be explored & also his narration.. - Srivalli & Pushpa scenes are good,, it worked for me.. thats how husband & wife behave .. like the fact that Srivalli is so strong & opinionated 🔥🔥🔥 she is female version of Pushpa truly, loved her character in this part. But few things : 1. Even though Srivalli monologue says his brand is enough.. I don’t think Pushpa would be ok with that, he lived with that trauma all his life & it will take more for him to get over that feeling.. that’s why the family reunion at the end which completes Pushpa’s story about trauma 2. The reason that his niece story is brought upfront as they are showing his vulnerable side.. not just him being a ruler.. how he loves his family.. its so important for audience to see all sides of pushpa. 3. Please watch Narcos series to understand Pablo Escobar real smuggler.. his life is a mix of vulnerable man, action , just rich brat .. I guess Pushpa life is a parallel to his.. pablo was considered a messiah

An alternative plot idea- the whole change the cm aspect remains to be Pushpa’s goal….but its planned in secrecy, Shekhawat trumps Pushpa’s plans and captures the sandalwood…the CM now realises how close Pushpa had come to literally usurping his position and decides that Pushpa has to go and unleashes Shekhawat with full power and authority…..life comes full circle for Pushpa too, as he had to fight the authority in syndicate to win, now he’s fighting the authority of the state. It might sound regular and predictable but this stuff done right gives much better high and satisfaction. To watch Pushpa win after defeating and actually powerful villain.

@curiousmind9y the surname fiasco should've ended at the end of jathara sequence itself. Some guys molest the elder brothers daughter, pushpa saves her....the elder brother is unmoved. The same thing happens an hour later and he has a change of heart....it just doesnt make sense. The surname issue explained why pushpa is the way he is. Why is so uncompromising, his brother took away his name and respect when he couldn't do anything...now he won't let go an inch. But it never was the central theme of pushpa

If we think Pushpa is not Sukumar's film is a fantastic movie that's why it works across India, especially for those who are not very familiar with Sukumar's filmography. But we the movie nerds/ most TFI people were hoping/ expecting Sukumar's masterpiece and It didn't reach our expectations

The entire second half of Pushpa 2 was a major letdown for me. This movie is definitely not worth the money I spent. North Indian audiences seem to be embracing it because they’ve been starved of commercial cinema, and even something mediocre feels great to them. But for us Telugu folks, we’ve grown up with this style of filmmaking, and Sukumar’s unique touch in crafting Telugu commercial films is completely missing in this part.

For them it's something of a celebration with uninhibited and unapologetic mass moments not being given by their own industry.... And hype of part 2.... Just 15 mins into the video and i notice that they are going to concentrate on the negative/missing aspects more than the positive ones. They themselves admitted that till kissik song movie was good for them. Thats almost 2 hrs 50 mins of the movie. That usual kidnapping scene and pushpa protecting her followed by the acceptance of pushpa in his pedhintolla family worked for me cuz of the writing. Comn from the roots of tirupati and knowing abt gangamma jathara, I thought wat could be a better backdrop than this when talking abt sexual harrasment. Even the gangamma jathara is celebrated cuz of a lady(possessed by the goddess) killing a molestor. I would have disappointed when jathara is used jst as a set piece rather than having its importance in the story.
