He couldn't have done that infront of MLA and other people. They would have stopped it right away. Also, his mom would be upset as well. And he wouldn't do that..wo jhuk gaya for his mom and then why he would upset her gaian. The ending was so perfect, if you would have understood his character and how he has grown throughout the movie. Also, He's smart. doing that to cop could have led him to jail and the whole purpose would have been useless. Also, this time he was doing it for himself not to show off to anyone. that was his warning to the cop that PUSPA without clothes and without anyone is still Puspa. He built the empire from zero...

In part 2 , the plot mainly will be about how jolly Reddy, mangalam seenu, drakshayani, and especially bhanwar Singh Shekhawat ( ego was badly hurt) will take revenge on pushpa! May be new characters will be also added in movie. Director said that main story is in part 2. He is expert in doing revenge drama movies, giving unexpected twists etc ! TBH.. The Hindi dubbed version is stale, they changed all the impactful dialogues between Pushpa and Banwar Singh.. To give you an idea how impactful the original dialogues were in Telugu, whatever impact you felt in Hindi version multiply it by 10 times or maybe even more
