An update from my end on pushpak nagar. Looking at the speed of development, it's quite rapid and I should expect it to be fully livable by 2025 mid year. New airport is also expected to be starting in the same period. Perfect time to purchase real estate now.

Dear Ganesh Bhai, Could you please create a detailed video for the Sai Sun City Taloja project? I've heard that they have recently received the CC (Commencement Certificate) and work has begun. However, it would be very helpful if you could make a video that specifies which buildings they have started work on, as the builder has mentioned phases 1 and 2 without specifying the exact buildings. And also about current connectivity and future connectivity in details this is my second request to you hope this time you will get chance and you will make video .Thank you!

I also went at their sales office in ghotcamp, project offers big carpet area at low costs. But there are two solid waste/dumping grounds within 1 km of project, also its surrounded by midc, which emitts lots of gas and smoke. So, i took a step back from this project. Please share if you have any latest update regarding this.
