I think there are multiple villains in the story, like death, big jack horner, and Goldilocks. So I while I do think death is the main one, that doesn’t mean Big Jack Horner or the others get any less screen time or appreciation as a villain themselves.

I’d consider him to more of an “anti-villain” because while he is an antagonist (and a terrifying one at that), he’s not really evil so much as just a force of nature that happens to be very understandably pissed off.
