I don´t think they are getting tired. Russians, by nature, are *EXTREMELY* apathetic and passive. Just look at how Putin stole probably close to 80 billion USD from the Russians for the past 20 years - by his corruption - and nobody did anything against it. As long as things don´t really affect the Russians in a significant way, they will just keep on living like always. Maybe a small group of Russians are getting tired, but the BIG majority just keep on living like they always do. Totally apathetic and passive.

Are you dense? There are political opposition parties who are competitive with significant numbers of seats in the Duma. United Russia is a center party with different groupings internally like the LDP in Japan. The LDP won all but 2 elections since WW2. Is Japan not a democracy? By the way most of the opposition parties have a harsher foreign policy than Putin.

"Expecting a revolution in Russia today is the same as expecting a revolution in Germany in 1943" is unfortunately spot on!

Putin has no personality, he is KGB and will never be anything other than KGB. That description fits. Nadya is clear, intelligent and everything she says makes sense. Thank you for you insights.

Ask yourself what sum of money Putin will have earned by legitimate means over his working life. How much will he have been paid as a low to middle ranking intelligence officer? How much has been his official salary in each political position he has held since that time? What realistic percentage annual return may be made from legal and legitimate investments? What now is the value of the wealth he, his family members, and associates have since acquired? At whose expense has this wealth been acquired? I'd suggest the Russian people could be living significantly more comfortable and prosperous lives were it not for Putin's rule over the past two and a half decades.

Navalny epitomises honour, integrity and courage. Bullies lack these qualities...they are filled with hatred, envy and rage...there you have the character of Putin.
