Help for small businesses with common sense solutions. Currently businesses pay provisional tax in advance of earning any revenue. This means money is locked up in the system and it restricts business cash flow.
We think tax should only be paid at the end of the year, after the revenue has been made. Instead of the government holding money, it's better to be held by business and will create more revenue for government.
