The story with the sister in Mekkah about meat, append to me 3 or 4 times during the hajj. I know that a was pregnant in Madina so I past the hajj with nausea, I can't eat everything... and in mina just I thought that I want to eat a bread with cheese and a sister came and sit in front me, open her bag, took bread and cheese and she ask me do you want some bread and cheese? SubhannaAllah A other time, I'm waiting in a bus and I saw a ice cream truck, so I think I would really like a good fresh ice cream, a few seconds later a man comes in with ice cream and tells us, the ice cream man is offering ice cream to the whole bus. ❤❤❤

Dear sister...Today I learned that If we quit the Sunnah of Maghrib, we must not ask about the love of Allah...Why do we fast on Monday and Thursday...And whom Allah subhanwtaala loves, He becomes his hearings, and his eyes...We must inquire what did we give up for Allah?..we have to go to Allah alone so we have to focus on ourselves more than others...Salah means connection with Allah...we must not do anything displeasing to Allah...I am responsible for my connection with Allah....Mentioning someone without his/her presence in a bad way which is true is cause to say backbiting and the moment we mentioned the name is backbiting...In Islam, no one has a right to put anyone down...Yes, dear sister we Muslims look down at studying Shariyah...You gave us tips about becoming a good human before we become a good Muslim...Jazak Allah Dear Sister Haifa Younis...

I am someone who struggles with watching TV. I watch a lot of soap operas during the day as i have young children and it helps me relax when i am looking after them. The shekha briefly mentioned it but its something wallahi i have struggled to replace. I read quran but i cant spend all day reading or learning but can spend hours and hours watching TV. May Allah make it easy for me and everyone else suffering from this easy.

make dua that Allah will give you a better work for the day, that Allah will save your nafs from yourself. you just have to ask Allah for good things like asking him to think more to him and be a grateful servant, I know it, you think it is for relaxation but somehow you are dissatisfied, always ask for forgiveness and if you leave something for Allah he gives you something better, keep trying and ask for forgiveness ❤

Asalamualaikum Dr. Haifa. I am a 29yrs old new muslim revert from India. Yesterday I slept with extremely distressing thoughts over beauty standards. I have been suppressing those thoughts by trying to see all of that practically but yesterday those hit me hard and I felt like my iman was bottomed out all of a sudden within few minutes. Now in the morning, Alhamdulillahi, I came across all 3 parts of this session. I am so thankful to you for all the messages you have shared in this session. I feel confident that I would never get into such thoughts in that context again after this session. Only love of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala matters the most and a place close to Allah in the hereafter is the real goal. Surely this cleared my distress, doubts, questions over this context and also pulled me out of low iman with happy tears.
