Isaiah 40:31 “But those who hope in the Lord will mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not grow weary, and they shall walk and not be faint.” I dream of being a Naval Aviator. God introduced it to me after pulling me out of my lowest point. I asked him if it was the path I should take, then received a comment from a real Naval Aviator saying “keep following your dreams!” I believe God is calling me to it, despite all the ones who doubt me. I work to it as often as I can, reading, studying, working out, all of it. God gave me hope and a future just as he promised ❤

The fact people say people in the military will go to hell is absolutely upsetting I want to protect my country and The very fact is I was going down the WRONG PATH then I made a choice to turn my whole life around and wanting to serve my country making my parents proud and showing God I trust him volunteering for war as infantry 11-X-ray as my mos leaving in 2 months and my faith has never been stronger in my life even with season of doubt I’m not a quitter and will always turn towards God my savior 🙏

Looking in these comments its an Honor to see so many fellow Christians who are also Driven with a Goal of serving there country. Ever since I was 12 I've had a deeper understanding of Life and Sacrafice than most people had at my age and I still live by that Understanding that Millions of people have fought, served, and died for not only there family's but my Freedom and I cannot stand to the Side and thank them I feel the need to not Only defend my Liberty and my Family's and my Nations but to also pay it back to ones who have gone before me and so that others can have a chance here in America to find Christ with the Freedom to do so with the 3rd Ammendment of the Constitution that I will one day swear to uphold. And after Reading the USN SEALs creed I know what I was out on this earth to do.

I’m such a lucky mom for having both of my son’s serve our country. They both earned the title of being a United States Marine. It’s because of all who serve presently and in the past, that we all get to enjoy freedom of speech, freedom to be what we want, free to choose our religious beliefs, and to not have to worry that someone from our own government will come to our home, never to be seen again. So many who live here do not like the direction we’re going, and I am so grateful that we have President Trump to keep us on course. If all of the loonies get their way, who do you think is going to answer the 911 call when any crime is being committed upon us. We live in a nation that has laws we must abide by. Let us hope and pray that God will watch over us, and protect those who wear the uniform. God bless my kids who both have made their choice to become what they always dreamed of becoming since they were 3. Thank you dear Lord, for giving us the gift of our son’s, daughters, that are willing to lay down their life to save someone else’s. Please watch over our children that have made the choice. May God watch over all who serve, their wife, children, and may God bless President Trump. ❤️🇺🇸2020🇺🇸❤️

My grandfather was an atheist, he was also a marine who served in WW2 and fought in Okinawa. Other marines hated him because he was an atheist, but after serving in Okinawa alongside them they respected him. He earned the bronze star and Purple Heart on Okinawa. He was awarded the bronze star, for taking over a Japanese machine bunker with his 1911 and was stabbed in the back by a bayonet and barley survived. He remained an atheist his entire life, but he use to yell at me for shooting birds out of his trees when I was little. He really loved nature.

Not going to lie. I'm terrified to join the Rangers. It just feel like it's meant for me though. Somethings dragging me towards the 75th. I can't say it's myself because it's not me or anyone. Almost feels like a higher power. But I'm terrified. I've failed a lot in my life with consistency and discipline. I'm 17 right now. Out of nowhere, I got a job, started talking to Army Recruiters, and now going back to school to finish up. I don't know why. It's just happening and I can't explain why it is. It's just getting done.

God ( if you believe in him) has his plan for you and will lead you to your future. Life will be a bitch at times but that doesnt give you a reason to give up. Honor, courage and commitment. The US Marines go by. This said. Never Ever Give Up no matter how hard it is. Murphy law will be there no matter what. anything that can happen will happen. But that doesnt mean you cant do it. You can. You just have to believe

I suppose pilots would have to be the most trusted people by their Generals, Commanders and people of the nation they represent especially sometimes with the amount of armament that they carry sometimes on their fighter jet. from 30mm canons to explosive missiles of different sorts to nuclear armaments, all at their finger tips to deploy awaiting commands from central command and military intelligence.

after all if a soldier looses their marbles and mental health a few will die on the other hand a pilot would have to be one of the most stable people on the planet as if they loose their marbles in a crisis situation dependent on what they carry they can take out cities. But neither is acceptable to loose their marbles.
