Too true. My neighbours are well well of mine. Now it's cooling right down, more frequent rain with sunny spells the grass is looking it's best I'd say tbh but no drought stress throughout summer really apart from red thread on occasion. Is it okay to put weedol for lawns down now, I don't want clover etc trying to cheap back in over into winter?

Hi that's a great result.. Yes you can apply weedkiller all while it's still growing

@LawnRight sorted, I'll put a dose in with iron, seaweed and a little nitrogen. Then I'll put my final autumn fertiliser down and that should be that till spring. Definitely learnt alot from this channel, not a fan of some others who promote mostly there own stuff or far too costly, when it's just grass at the end of the day. I recon around £75 a year or so on granular, liquid and maybe seed products a year keeps 150sqm2 looking lovely. Be less as I have plenty liquid left over. Stay lucky and good business haha
