I like the goggles / jackpot combo, but I'm pretty surprised you like W1 for him. Between the projectile being so wide that it catches on corners or doorways, and dealing relatively low damage, it feels really weak, to me. Also, thoughts on the new spawn system? It's *totally* broken in trios - we're now spawning directly around the corner from another team nearly every single game. (It's horrible, and way worse than the previous spawn system in terms of early fights you don't want.)

It's been difficult to judge because most lobbies up until the last day have just been 80% Octo, so that may change. The wide projectile is super awkward near cover, I have definitely died to to someone just crouching near a counter and me not being able to shoot them at all. The other options have their own issues as well

Regarding the new spawn system, I'm going to be honest I haven't noticed much change in Solos. I personally wasn't feeling like I got spawn rushed much, and the amount of time before I see another agent seems to be about the same. Sorry to here its doing so poorly in Trios! hopefully they can make some back-end changes to help that

W1 is the easiest to use, although it IS weak. Hans W2, Red W2 even ACE W2 has methods to perform better than Octo W1. I love his W3 tho. Something so satisfying, but I think it is overlooked at the aiming. Feels so different from Ace Aiming.

I can't seem to get the feel of the W3, it does feel different than Ace I can agree with. As for the W1, it does feel weak, it feels like I'm having to spend intel to do *almost* what Red W2 can do for free

What does octo abilities do ?

In this video, his E3 steals intel from all Rivals in your line of sight, and if they are out of cover it applies Neutralize and Exposed. His P3 is every time he uses intel he gains some expertise charge, either extending the current duration or lowering the cooldown, with a chance at a Jackpot which instantly gives your expertise back

I'm not sure any weapon is standing out as best right now, for me W1 is feeling slightly better than the other too, but still weak overall. E3 is the only expertise that debuffs enemies, and does a really good job of it, but doesn't get as much intel as E1, which is really really good if you use spyglass, or E2 which isn't guaranteed but is low cooldown and spammable. Not a fan of passive 1, feels like I don't gain much and due to its randomness I can't rely on it. P2 feels really good with his W2 & W3 as both those have large intel requirements. P3 is good in general.

Regarding the weapon choice for this vid I really wanted to show off E3 and P3, and I think if you're running weapon 2 you really want passive 2, or your charge shot will cost half your intel bar

Ya thats the new Reactive Ink, I'm not sure its supposed to change like that as often as it is, but its cool!

From all ive seen, octo does seem very overtuned
