@@Crypto4always yeah but it's rare in modern countries, even if you don't like him or her, for your leader to unnecessarily and single handedly destroy your own personal prospects (economic and otherwise) near instantly. The Russian economy will crater under these sanctions and a crumbling currency. Any Russian corporations doing business abroad will face incredible hardship. Most foreign corporate investment and operations into Russia is coming to a halt. Russians will be denied visas and sponsorships to pursue their goals abroad. I can't think of another example in a modern nation in recent history where one leader has so quickly and so severely upended the lives of their citizens.

Very few were in support of the invasion of Iraq either at home or abroad. It was an unpopular war from the start. Do not confuse Americans supporting the troops for support of the government. Dear People from all over the world! My name is Lev and I am Russian. Living permanently in Russia. The terrible situation happening in the world right now is just breaking my heart. I just want to say that many of my fellow men are protesting against the war, the invasion on Ukraine and the actions of the government, both in our country, risking everything they got, and abroad. The authorities do not even hesitate to put pressure on loved ones for especially uncomfortable dissenters. We also have to deal and fight even with our own people, who have been brainwashed for decades by the official propaganda. Those who openly oppose the old madman Putin and his henchmen are, in my opinion, the same heroes as the Ukrainian soldiers who bravely fight against superior enemy forces. In no case did we give approval for criminal actions against the independent people of Ukraine, because no one asked us for. On 02/24/2022 we were just as shocked as the rest of the world. The main thing I would like to ask is PLEASE do not despise, judge or attack the honest and good people that we have. Those of us who now live in other countries have left for a REASON. I'm going to post this comment under the other videos as well just for the message to get through. So don't be surprised if you see it elsewhere. I appeal to common sense and invite us all to unite now in this difficult time against all evil, cruelty and injustice in this world. We all live on the same Planet and under the same sky. Adequate Russians see the people of other countries as friends and allies. I believe and hope that together we will be able to overcome artificial barriers and build a better future for all of humanity.

Biden sent troops to bolster borders of NATO allied countries. Unfortunately, Ukraine is not one of them, which is why the US and other powers can't put boots on the ground in Ukraine without automatically triggering WW3. As flawed as Biden may be, he's smart enough to recognize that fact. So sanctions on Russia and supplies to Ukraine are the next best thing. And again, this is way more than what would be done if that asshat was still in office. Thank the Lord he isn't.
