Ok Russian do have some breaktrue like with missile but these caps west almost all closed. A good example is take S-400 that i say to be one of the most advanved system keeps getting defeated by a missile that was designed in 1990 (atams) Even i nucliar design exept for some new missile the Nucliar technoly of Russian nukes are still date from 1970 since that time it did not change only there means of delivery got more advanced. On state tv here in China we have a person Feng Yuyun who is a high respected military annalist who say exaptly what i mentioned above. and a cofrontation with Nato could not be won by Russia
