I think Ukraine should add the Kursk oblast into their constitution, while they are there, as a new part of Ukraine. Since russia finds it ok to do it to other countries they invade then it should be ok for others to do it to them. Besides it would make a stronger bargaining chip doing that over just being in the territory. Besides wasn't it at one part of Ukraine? Using the same reasoning as russia. Plus, I would just love to see the apolectic fits from putin and his talking heads over that.

It would certainly be better for those living there, I remember them speaking out about how grateful they were to Ukraine for bringing them basic food and water plus ensuring the elderly/disabled/ill had access to the medications they needed. Something Putin hadn't bothered about at all.
