When someone does not pay the bills it is quite obvious he will not get the supplies/service. However I read "Pay the bills". Is that even possible? Some of the sanctions disallows to make international transfers to Russia (SWIFT ban). So the sanctions prevent countries from paying and if you do not pay you are breaking your contract and, therefore, you get cut from the service/supplies. A strange scenario and really difficult for those who relay on those resources.
