What, no shovels? It appears that Russian precision came about partly as a result of using its own location systems while sometimes gaining data from GPS then blocking local GPS with EW pulses. The fact that Kiev has a cynical propensity for hiding C and C hubs in densely populated areas necessitated this but there is probably a lot of informing going on as the ordinary people want an end of fighting. Peace can come from that and, at present, Kiev and the USA/NATO camp would rather see death counts rise.
