Good news is the rest of the world isnt falling for his bluff. If he was going to use nukes he would have dozens of red lines ago. And putin rewriting nuclear doctrine for himself doesnt change it for the world. So putin making murder legal for himself doesnt change the rest of the worlds laws, and he does have to leave russia at some point. So again, not falling for his attempts at scaring everyone.

In my opinion, Nato should make Putin aware that Nato also has nuclear weapons and if Putin decides to use them, it will be the end of him and Russia!

The official russian military budget released beginning of this year showed that Russia is only spending about 0.0001% of what would be neccessary to keep all of their nuclear weapons ready and working. That's not enough to maintain even ONE nuke, let alone over 6000. And this is going on since Putin first got elected. And even if you have a working nuke, it only lasts for about 10 years under _perfect_ conditions before needing replacement. Not maintaining nukes reduces them to worthless oversized paperweights...
