use a small torpedo level on the head and put the grip on perpendicular to the line of the face

Good general explanations but how do you determine the proper length of putter for a person (whether a 32", 33", 34", 35", 36", or something in between)?

krusher74 most good instructors start with the green and work back to the tee box for a golfers better game. I thought I would do the same
