honestly same!! i like alot of nickleback songs the main singer is pretentious and definitely a huge jerk but the music they made is actually pretty good. I used to listen to some of them on repeat during my tween years. They're music is not as awful as people have seemed to exaggerate it as. I think people just like to project their hatred of an artist onto the work they create.
