Here I'm partnered with the amazing Neil McLeod an amazing martial artist and multi champion in many fighting arts. We start with the loop drill and then evolve that using the techniques in the hook book coming soon. We're not totally focused on the hook but you can see a lot of hooks going in, albeit lightly. (they sound heavy). Do lots of this as slow as you want. Keep bringing it back to slow just so you get acclimatised to being in that range. At ease in that range. Then just rep the drills that we'll cover in the book. When you find a dead spot where you don't know what to do go back and work on that specific area then put it back into the mix.
