Here's a question for you, does the crane block rubbing on the aluminium mast when lifting contaminate the aliminium causing rust ??, i know it can with Stainless steel.

I don’t know how to answer that 🤔 but we have a coating over our mast that may prevent any contamination 🤗

@@SailingCatalpa Cool, was just wondering if the crane block had any impact on that, i do alot of water treatment plant upgrades in Brisbane and surrounds and bust doggmen trying to sling up S/S pipes using chains not slings, they get my boot in the ass as such for it hahaha. Anyhow the boat is looking awesome guys.

Awesome, you guys are so close w the masts up. I also have a Pearson 530 ! Wondering what size is your Mantus anchor ? Would you recommend that size or ? Chain size for it? Cheers !!!!

It’s a 121 pound Rocna and we have 10mm chain it’s a good size for us 😃
