time to get a lowered oil pan, maybe use an exterior deposit for extra room for oil. car is looking sick, keep it going!!

I LIKE IT SO FAR. Nice clean look and OEM + is my cup of tea. You should build a skid plate to protect that oil pan.

Tip... Zet er 17 inch onder,,, heb je meer ruimte met de carterpan, en staat ook mooi en komen de wielkasten nog voller,,, Super mooie strakke auto, houw zelf van grotere velgen, 17 inch is perfect... Succes verder met al je projecten...

Auto heb op 17 inch gestaan maar wilde meer band en bbs eronder vandaar deze route 😇 en bedoeling is dat die nog lager gaat met r32 carterpan

its a very beautiful Golf 1 - build. But I am not convinced of the cooling- system. As you know the VR6 engine is renown for beeing a little bit tricky in thermal respekt. And furthermore air is a lazy chap. If you don't build some housing for the radiator and fan the air will go AROUND the radiator instead of going through.

It has been always like that and the coolant is never been overheated😉 and i own the car about 6 or 7 years😅

@@bernhardvenderbos9736 okey, but was there already a VR6 inside? As I said, the VR6 is wellknown for thermal problems. I own a Corrado VR6 and in my opinion and experience there are no problems as long as the coolingsystem is working properly. Which means: - enough and proper coolant- liquid -radiator in good shape - mechanical and electric waterpump working properly - Fan is working properly( 2 or 3 steps of intensity are switched on automatically) - oil/ water heatexchanger works properly - and last but not least. The housing of radiator and fan is in good shape. In many Corrados the material of this housing is rotten after 30 years or so.

@@volkerkonig9376 yes there was already a vr6 in the car Yes they have some problems but the radiator is New with spalcooler and New waterpomp also the Electric one is deleted the oil exchanger is also New so i hope it would Be enough but i want in future a external oil Cooler that would help a lot i think
