Try seeing if it's the fuse that burnt out in that light strand before you take it all down. The box should come with a bag that has replacement fuses and bulbs.. not sure exactly, but could give it a try. Our lights did the same and we just had to change the fuse and it worked. Didn't have to take it all down (which would be a pain in the ass)
