@@FMMilanJocev I was watching ur videos and wanted an advice of how I can improve my calculation and tactics to like an FM stage like urs and how many hrs should I dedicate based on ur knowledge

@@mkhype9178 To be better at tactics, first, you need the ability to recognize the moment for tactics. That ability you gain by recognizing a certain tactical pattern, and for that you have to solve thousands of puzzles. The more you solve, the better your pattern recongnition will be, you will connect the positions you had on puzzles and the position on the board much more successful. Once you recognize the moment that tactics might exist, you'll need to check if it works for you. For that part you'll need to visualize several moves ahead. Visualization can be improved in many different ways, but one that comes to mind is to try to read chess books without making moves on the board. For example, you start with some diagram (some position in the middlegame), and try to make 2-3 moves (for starters), and ask yourself questions like: Is square x defended y times?/Is my opponent's knight attacked? etc. I'd recommend 3-4 hours daily (but I'm not sure for how long), but do as much as you can.
