Yeah based off this trailer the dude looks like an assh*le but glorifying cheating as if it’ll solve your problems is wild. Bad message to send to people who could be in similar situations. Just get a divorce if you can’t work it out, no reason in cheating & ending up on dateline for being killed by a lunatic husband or wife. Try counseling, working through your problems with talking, & if it doesn’t improve then get a divorce

Looking forward to seeing these two brilliant and underappreciated actors in this adaptation of Rompecabezas. As others have said, movies where people cheat are intrinsically painful, and I know plenty of people who wouldn’t watch it just for that ten seconds. But even with that aspect, one has to appreciate the acting and direction.

Scrooge : it does look like a very good character development movie, which I enjoy. But, it also looks like a movie that doesn’t “need” to be seen on the big screen. You won’t miss anything by waiting to see this on Netflix, if you’re a price conscious consumer (agree above, LOVE MoviePass, although it appears to be a failing business model)

people who defending the wife is why relationship are mess these days. monogamy is gone theses days & that's a shame. cheating is cheating no matter what the circumstances are . if you are not happy just leave.what i gather after watching this movie is that the wife is not happy not because the marriage but she wants more. & I get that clearly. everyone should have something in their life like something they achieved. what i don't get the sleeping with another man then again why would any watch a movie if its plain simple . and whoever is saying the guy is at fault . watch the movie not just the trailer, he's okay, he's a traditional guy , who works & expect from his wife to cook for him/family. he didn't hit his wife or abusive even when he found she is cheating,he is loyal & go to church , work to provide for his family.

I feel like she was so disregarding of her husbands feelings, Unfairly blamed him for her unhappiness. Even tho he is very old fashioned, he was kind and always compromising. the character may have been on the spectrum, but the writing was good cos the story allowed us to figure it out

You may want to go in the archives and look at the movies (Steel Magnolias, Terms of Endearment) where the moms were treated with respect and acknowledged on at least some level for all the stuff they did and do.
