I now have a standard 8 band puzzless ring, I just had mine lasered together by a jewelry shop. I'M FREEEEEEEE still looks great but NO MORE worry of it coming apart, it was trying to separate on me after having one of the bands repaired. Now it's solid and soldered 😁

My mother left me one and I can't do it I have spent three days and probably twelve to fifteen hours doing it and I just can't my mother left me this before she. Passed and now it's just a clump of crap sitting in a box I can't get them to lock onto each other the two bands will just not lock I've spun and flipped twisted nothing they just wont

What if we didn't have a chance to study the ring before it was taken apart and we can't identify any points for the outside segments? The puzzle ring I am trying to fix was my Grandmother's and it's been apart for close to 25 years, my mother took it apart as a teenager and no one has been able to fix it since. None of us know what type it is and they don't remember what it's supposed to look like, so I have no point of reference.

Hands down this is the best instruction ever for the classic 8-piece 🙏🤗🤙 I paused after each segment and made sure everything was exactly as on your film. The last part is tricky if you (as I) have a thick thumb. I feel like i just won an Olympic medal in patience! Tip to strugglers: make sure you get each pair on the correct side of each other before you start, if they’re not snug and tight you have to carefully swap them without bending them.
