Most freshman get placed in University College aka the UC. That is all freshman housing. Some get to go to phase 1 in University Village.

All the rooms in the square do come with a desk. However that is upperclassmen housings. I will be dropping 5 videos within the next 5 weeks that will explain all of the on campus housing options available and who they are available for. Do you pay utilities at university square? Is it a long walk to classes? As a transfer student for next fall 2019 I have a 3.5 gpa will I be eligible since I'm a transfer? I'll be coming in as a junior who has an associates degree. Sorry for all the questions I just don't no any one at PV & I'm a little nervous to attend.

No problem, I love all of your questions Friend. At University Square it is upper class man housing only. You have to maintain at least a 3.0 GPA from the last time I checked. We do pay utilities based of unit consumption, which usually comes out to less than $15. So if you are conservative with energy it could even be less than that. The location of the square is less than a 12 minute walk from everything on campus. Just keep in mind the school is built on a slight hill with the Square located at the top of the hill. (nice daily workout). University Square is actually one of the closer housing options on campus, however space fills up quickly so apply early and you should be eligible, but I would call and check with the leasing office just in case. I can't wait to see you at the "Hill" next year Friend.

I want to say January or February for the fall semester. That is when you put your deposit down. If not you will be on a waiting list... which is a hassle and this is for all housing near campus.

I have 3 other roommates. Where we stay is privacy room with bath. There are two locations like the on campus the square and the view . This is not including the townhomes. Anything else similar you would have to look for off campus housing. Which they are building some as we speak!

At this School on campus? unfortunately not, all first year underclassmen are "supposed" to stay at the University College (UC). But let me let you in on a little secret... (Try Phase 1 and 2). Its not the most luxurious, but it gets the job done and it is the most cost effective. While still providing a shared kitchen, bathroom, common area, and a privacy bedroom. Something the UC does not offer. Another option would be off campus housing. Hope this helps Friend!

It’s under University Village... they are near one of the dining halls aka the MSC as well as the rec. I want to say they are the closest on campus. Look on the school website under housing for university village phase 1&2 then call the front office And congratulations on getting in!!!

You’re a freshman in High school or college? Because I transferred from another university and I don’t want to say it was easy but it was pretty much to the point as far as meeting the requirements. My age also helped me not have to do certain things someone younger might have to do such as recommendation letters. Hope this help and ask away if you have more questions.
