Bhai wo peak shayd LOC pe hi lie krti h ...n wo Indian army ne kbhi apne control mei ni li thi even before 1999....aur usko capture krne ko pakistan side se upr jana pdta ...isliye usko capture ni kia gya qki basically wo Indian side pe ni h n it does not pose any threat to the national highway
