As a new player surprised that my roster is very close to this list. Except I use Naomi instead of Argen and Chloe instead of Juno/Hwahee. Also what about Fire unicorn? I find her very useful too as fire tank.

Depends on content honestly. All over up and down the scale depending. But if you don't have Narin Ha, Gourry in her place. But again, Gourry will shine in places where Narin Ha Cant

Twins are great! But didn't put them in because you need both. Some are good situationall by themselves as well.
