I would love to see more analyzing videos from you, such a series would be perfect ❤ Also you mentioned smth i sleeped on and that is to put keen speed on the shield, I already upgraded jackalope antler on 700 for that 😢 and bought a shield for 10k without keen speed 😞 Also good lucky with a 700 GS with trenchant strike/ leeching/ relentless freedom, so Im experimenting with switching steadfast strike with relentless rush. Wow man thanks a lot for the comment! The good news is that crafting a 2 perk shield with Keen Speed + Defender resolve is easy! :D Also, switching Steadfast with Relentless could work BETTER in situations like FFA island, as you will not have scenarios where 5-10 people focus you. The island makes the fights small scale, so you DO have room to go on the offensive. Perhaps I will try that in the future! :D Much love bro!

You can craft a guaranteed 2 perker shield mate! All u need is 3 scarabs! :D (and 250 weaponsmithing)

I would 100% watch analysis videos, this is a GREAT format and your commentary on what's going on with the slowed down video is *Chef's Kiss* This build is insanely strong, it's kept me alive in CK and has players giving me a wide berth in the FFA zone. I recently got a 715 Greatsword with Keen, Trenchent Recovery, and Lifestealing to drop in Gorg which is what got me to swap out my Serenity. While I miss Serenity's damage, my survivability went through the roof and it was already high. Wasn't sure about the Survivor's Coat until I started using it. It's incredible, definitely worth swapping the Vod Darkplate out for. Now if only AGS would give us a Tank Sword Artifact where it's damage scales with Con. 🤣

Damn bro that Greatsword looks sweet! Serenity on paper is always the "best" choice (which is SUPER LAME) for an Artifact, however, I still prefer TR Recovery Greatsword as my 1st concern in 1vX is to survive. Regarding Coat, I was a bit skeptical at first, but then I tried it and it's awesome. Imagine this + Endless Thirst.... P.S. If AGS gave sword that scaled with CON, it would be giga broken. Tanks shouldn't have burst :D In all fairness, AGS made a non-p2w game, that is actually well balanced (except for the few minor tweaks as meta changes)

@@AlexandrosNewWorld I was using Serenity with Blooddrinker, and while I was impossible to kill, my TTK was incredibly slow. Swapping to the new GS with Endless Thirst, and Survivor's Coat and the only change is that my Damage is much better than what it was, with no change to my survivability. Blooddrinkers damage penalty was just too much alongside the Defiance tree and Heavy armor penalties. The Con scaling sword would definitely be too strong, but a Tank can dream. 🤣

@@river7874 Wow I would expect the opposite really, as the penalty from Blooddrinker is supposed to apply on "Base" dmg. Can't wait till I get my hands on Endless. Imagine popping 6-7k pots twice in a fight xD

@@AlexandrosNewWorld I think it was Blooddrinkers damage penalty being stacked alongside both the penalty from Heavy Armor, and the Defiance tree that made it seem so harsh. Mind you, I still got kills and it took 10+ people to kill me so my ability to survive was insane, but the damage increase from swapping away from Blooddrinker has been a noticeable increase. I was averaging 2-5 kills and 100+ assists in OPR before. Now I'm at 8-15 kills and about 130+ assists a match. So I definitely hit harder, and have the same ability to survive from the Trenchant Recovery and Lifestealing GS. Edit: It also could be that I'm just getting better with the build. How I play it now compared to how I used to play it is vastly different.

Hahahaha yeah this happens a lot when you see actually very good opponents and it is a stalemate. Between 2 very good players, a deciding factor can be the terrain that they fight - if there are rocks, small space, high ground etc. Thank you for commenting bro.

Hey Alexandros! What is your opinion on the 5 sec potion cooldown from the passive of Survivors Coat in combination with Endless Thirst? For me its killing it and im experimenting with Ankh and Blooddrinker right now. Happy to hear from you and keep up the good work mate 🙌🏻

@@AlexandrosNewWorld Oh I hope you get better soon! The passive from Endless Thirst which extends the cooldown on potions about 25% seems to influence the passive of Survivors Coat. If you are wearing both artefacts and trigger the Survivors Coats passive and drink a health potion, you will get a 5 seconds cooldown on the healt potion instead of non cooldown :( I noticed that in OPR the other day and checked it on mobs afterwards: no instant refreshing on potions with Endless Thirst and Survivors Coat together, instead you have 5 sec cooldown. If you switch back to an non artifician earring, again no cooldown betwenn the two health potions. I think i will go with Blooddrinker now, or stay with my non artifical earring. Greetings Deckard 🙂

@@DeckardMain thanks for the reply and the wishes bro. I just logged in again and tested it. Indeed there is a 5sec cd, but most likely because it is a strong combo. :D Tried it for a bit, the 5sec is not as a big deal, as in combat u dont have time to pot twice immediately due to animations!

Hi bro! Serenity is decent once you pair it with Blooddrinker, as it does very good dmg, and you can get that dmg as HP with blooddrinker. However, what I do not like is that I rely too much on landing my hits to heal - with a weapon that is slow to hit and easy to dodge. :D Recently one of the viewers shared a nice build with Serenity, a more aggressive tank! Perhaps you should try it!

Great guide, thank you so much for this! I really love the SnS and GS pairing and it had helped me level up to lvl 65. I'm a new player so pardon the noob questions: 1) Why kite shield instead of the tower shield? Would it be because of the perk? 2) Would there be a pve variation of this build? So far this has worked well for lower level expeditions, what would you recommend for higher level pve content with SnS & GS?

Hi bro! Thanks for commenting, I hope I will answer your questions adequately! 1) Yes, different types of shields can get different perks. Kite can have the 2 perks I show above, and this is why I choose it. Why not tower? Cuz I do the "main" blocking with my greatsword. My SNS is used for blocking on less demanding duties such as vs bows, muskets, FS, etc. 2) Yes, it can work in PVE as well, in fact this is what I am using. For M3 and Raid, I would use Tower Shield though, for better protection. :D

Is this a hard build for a new player? I’ve been looking for a build I can use in pve and PvP with slight adjustments but I’ve only just hit 65 so unsure if I need to get good before I try this?

Hmmm Frigid Dawn set (u farm it from Glacial) is easy to get and it's good for both PVE and PVP. This is what I currently use! All u gotta do for PVE, is get a set of weapons with Carnelian gem, and you are good to go! :D
