Dude gets 2 blackout procs in a row, and that's like ok, nothing special, working as intended. But a rogue procs a trinket on him - "what a lucky proc!!!". That's just rich.

You have to go to the building behind karazhan and interact with a spirit looking NPC, it takes a big chain quest bit if someone from your server did it, it can be enabled server-wide so check.
