PVP NECRO IS BACK! PvP Necro is a MONSTER

This is my magicka necromancer build for PvP on ESO. This build focuses health and sustain for a more 1vX ability but we focus on sustain and fighting rather than tankiness. With a few tweaks i point on out in the video this can be a much tankier build strictly for 1vX situations but that does not lend itself to much outside of kiting and surviving so this exact build is more focused on fighting rather than just not dying.
