To anyone saying that her vocals arent good live, let me remind you this was one of the hottest and dustiest dates. It's hard to sing when youre out of clean air and are sweating immensely. At the Cuyahoga Falls date she absolutely killed it

If you're looking for an artist who sings EXACTLY like the recorded then go watch pop stars lip sing. Lynn sounds amazing live, she adds belts yes. She said in an interview that originally the songs weren't really written to be played live so of course she's going to have to change some stuff.

Pink never let the voice go weak,Lynn has the same voice as the studio(Timber wise, etc). They can do studio magic until certain point, it's just that she needs more training for the lives, also singing her style without technique will kill her voice fast

I'm also pretty sure this was their first full Warped run, and they weren't even supposed to play the main stage. They basically went from a smaller act to playing to massive crowds in the blink of an eye when someone else dropped off the tour last second. Going from zero to hero isn't always the smoothest transition. Nerves could've played a huge part. She seems a little nervous, she's definitely come a long way since then, and I can attest she even got better further along the Warped Tour.

This video doesn't do them justice. I saw them live at warped (So glad I did.) and she sounded SO much better than this. This sounded pretty pitchy and she DEFINITELY didn't eat the mic like that. It was a great performance.

It's crazy to see how much they've blown up in a year! Last summer at warped their crowd was significantly smaller. I couldn't even hear her because the drums were turned up too loud. Now they are so great and have so much more recognition :)

This wasn't the best performance, but trust me when I say they're amazing live. The energy that gets put into their performances is amazing, but it seems that Lynn is getting tired from all of the touring. They literally went from warped tour last summer, to the mayday parade tour, to the Pierce the veil tour. They need some time off, hopefully they get it this fall.

Mainly a raspy singing voice is her primary go to when she's hitting notes that aren't completely in her daily range. and no i'm not hating on them. Would be a shame if she sounded like this just because she's holding the microphone wrong.. I have personal (though amateur) experience from mixing a live band that cupping the microphone does exactly this. Makes the vocals sound thin, and increases feedback.

Don't judge them by one performance! It was hot outside! also... she never use in-ears which means she can't hear herself. almost every singer use it but she don't which is kind of bad but... This was the first day at Warped Tour! 2014 they played at the smallest stage with like 100 people watching! They also thought the day before that they were supposed to play at the journey left foot stage. this is main stage! she was nervous! and also think about this, sje can't use all power in the voice bc then the rest of the shows would have been shitty... they have been in tour non-stop as well after this.
