This is so heartbreakingly beautiful… Gods, I wish I could my hands on this recording… to my mind, better than the studio recording on the album. Lynn seems to be distancing herself from her early work, a bit like Hayley Williams did when she called her early songs “cringe” when she was asked what she thought looking back on them. I don’t know why you’d ever say something like that because at the time people resonated with it, and I’m sure plenty do still now Anyway slightly off topic.. but I don’t know why you wouldn’t be proud of what got you noticed in the first place

Im 100% with Sam on this one . When those empty room sessions came out , i used to listen to them everyday. Fast foward 6 years , i get a youtube recommendation about a league of legend video that has a pvris song , im like , wow is it the band that i used to listen to 6 years back , and i got a flashback of those insane empty room sessions so im like i gotts chek this out , turns out they pretty much sound like every other pop band now . Feels bad
