She also touches on other medical problems in “Good To Be Alive” that mentions her ankylosing spondylitis diagnosis that happened, since she was experiencing major pain performing due to it. Which no doubt contributed to her inability to sing due to how life changing that kinda thing is

Fun fact the part about the ghosts and the ceiling being painted baby blue is a reference to an old deep southern tradition where we paint our porch ceiling blue to keep away "Haints" which are bad spirits or ghosts cuz ghosts aka spirits can't cross water and the color of water is symbolized by blue.
