PvT Phoenix Colossus StarCraft ll Guide

I wake up this morning having never learnt how to play a proper PvT build since my PvT winrate was fine in low Diamond, but it's been slipping lately. I legitimately think to myself, "Time to find a video to learn Phoenix Colossus" and Skillous delivers with a video uploaded just a few hours ago. Thanks for the updated guide! I think the last phoenix colossus guides we got was a Harstem video from 3 years ago and a Gemini build of the week from 2 years ago. With the build seems to have come back into fashion lately, really appreciate the updated (and very clear) guide! It was especially helpful to see your response to the 2 rax reaper opening, to know what can be cut (2nd gate, later gases) and what cannot (robo). Can you comment on a few other responses to common openings? e.g. maybe the below responses would help: no low ground from Terran - at least one battery on low ground, maybe second in main, cut 2nd gate (like in video) 3 rax - 2 immortal + gateway unit, cut phoenix production (like in your other comment) 1/1/1 (either mine drop or cyclone viking) into 2cc 3 rax (7 minute pushes) - continue phoenix production (how many?), hold with two colossus, phoenix, 2 gates, and battery? 3CC - third base, faster twilight forge, cut either phoenixes or colossus? 2/1/1 (lower level players do this...) - immortal, phoenixes, 3 adepts + one warp in on top of batteries should just stop this right, so take an on-time third? I'm guessing at some of these, would appreciate your suggestions :) I know this is way too much detail for the main video, which is why I'm asking in comments! And again, I think the video was really clear and helpful. Thanks again!!

Thank you for your comment! 1) Not sure what you mean with no low ground, if it means double gas - u get 3 adepts and battery on the main base (u can skip it if u have an anti reaper wall) 2) vs 3 rax follow up u usually just probe up, non stop colossus production, and after 5 phoenix you can start twilight/forge (usually it's 5 30), after that u can resume phoenix production depending on your playstyle. 3) vs 3cc i usually like to skip phoenix and gateways, and just go for 4th base asap, getting all the additional tech/production later. 4) 2-1-1 is not too bad vs sg I think, but u should just have batteries in the right positions and u should be able to hold before your first colossus. Great vod! Is it ever reasonable to build a oracle before phoenix to try to snipe 1-2 scvs or some marines in PvT? Maybe if you see they went rax CC?

Skip as many phoenixes as possible, two immortals, non-stop gateway production. And you get your third base with first colossus.
