I have a question, I downloaded and moved everything to the correct places but I don't know what to open because Project Visionary 1.4.5.fbmod keeps asking me to use notepad but when I do it just crashes? What am I doing wrong?

it could be multiple things, i honestly recommend just redoing it all and watching some guy tell you how to mod it with frosty, i’ve had to do it multiple times
