Sir @ 6:23, due to poor shielding of 4f and 5d electrons, 6p electrons being closer to nucleus than 6s electrons should be pulled by nucleus as these are present before 6s electrons then why will 6s face inert pair effect it should be 6p electrons that should face inert pair effect.

@@YUVI-nl7ut but had this been the case, Sn2+ should have been greater in stability in comparison to Sn4+ too.... But at 9:57 Sn2+ turns to Sn4+, to attain stability (acc to sir) So why can't this be the case with indium too?
