So they were doing more than 20knots. What part of the river allows that ? When can you do more than 10knots when you’re within 50m of another vessel?

Too many ski riders go dangerously fast up the river. Thanks for promoting sensible riding, but seriously I reckon jet skis need to be banned from inland river ways before someone gets killed.
