Dapat yang mga international students na yan irequire iprovide ung funds for the whole program not just 1 yr para di na kailangan bitbitin ang family. Sa totoo lang yan ang nagpabigat sa housing crisis ng Canada. Pinagyayabang nila they pay taxes nman dw. Abah how long have you been paying "taxes" as compared sa mga citizens and pr's who have been paying taxes for the longest time and still cant afford to buy their 1st home or ung mga renters natin. Canada should decide sino ba talaga ang dapat bigyan ng priority - ung mga citizens/pr or ung mga naka temporary visas lang. enough of the papogi reputation sa international community. Di makakain yang "welcoming" image kung half of the population are struggling and worse - homeless. #Canadiancitizens/PR's FIRST

Exactly! Just because they paid a certain amount of money eh “entitled” na talaga to the same benefits. Some people who have been working for so many decades here are not even given the same benefits that these newbies are receiving. Tama ba naman yun? Fair ba tawag dun? Try paying more than $10K sa income tax per year and let me know if you call that fair. Tapos yung mga nag apply ng PR before they even had to wait 4 yrs or longer tapos ang ending denied. And then the newbies come in and expect that just because they paid for their student fees etc. they should receive a PR already. This is ridiculous. Privileged. If people want fairness then wait in line. It doesn’t matter how long you wait but don’t cut corners. So if we’re seeing more refusals & deportations now, people should understand why. Because the system is not being fair to those who have worked & lived here for the longest time.

I find it funny when IS use the argument that they pay taxes too. Yes they pay taxes, that's true, but they are in low paying jobs and very likely the overall household income will be in low bracket. In the end because they are in low income bracket they get all the government benefits CCB HST/GST etc that offset whatever tax they paid. And we, the citizens, pay for all of that. Unfortunately that's the sad reality for Canadians.

Actually ang weird nga eh like this family they get CCB and childcare subsidy for their child.. meanwhile me and my husband na citizens and yung anak naming dito pinanganak waited for monthssss for a daycare slot tapos yung binigay saming monthly is 450 for a daycare pero sa pamilyang ‘to 250. Nasaan ang hustisya? Ang tagal na namin nagbabayad ng tax simula nung single pa kami hanggang mag-asawa tapos nagka-anak pero abonado pa kami kasi di ang baba rin ng CCB na nakukuha namin for our child. I hope kung sino man manalo next year they will strip off their benefits na dapat sa citizens and PR lang naman talaga. They dont deserve these benefits, hindi sila permanente dito.

Before you know it all applicants for PR will also be refused lalo na kung hindi pa din nababawasan mga tao dito. And yes, even if a PR application can still be refused. Wag magpakampante. Policies constantly changing, drastically.

Canada has to limit when come to tourist visa you can extend easy just pay 100 dollars for tourist extension and you are free to travel all over canada as tourist money may not the root of denial if you bring many money in canadian dollars

It should be the international student applying for PGWP (main applicant) ang may dapat na Teer 0-3 job.

Kung ikaw ay isang student., kapag nakuha mo ang iyong pgwp dapat ang work mo nasa tier 0 or 1, at selected tier 2 and 3 jobs para mabigyan ng open work permit ang spouse mo. Same din sa mga Temporary Foreign Worker. Yan pag kakaintindi ko.
