Sir but Games are better in some places as they can help you feel stressless if you play it as a limit (Like once in a week on Sundays mostly) as it even helps to revise some Physics also like in which angle we should Nade in battleground games so that enemy can be damaged maxif you play games just for enjoying and make your self stress free then its nice but if you are doing it limitlessly like 3hrs 4hrs then it can harm you MAX IS 45 MINUTES that too for ONE DAY

if u can can restrict ur entertainment to atleast 2 hours and give 7-8hrs study then it is enough for a student........ if u are only studying and not doing any extra curricular activities then your stress will only increase and at the end it will affect ur studies + mental health
