The new concept of equality, particularly in the context of the Indian Constitution, emphasizes substantive equality, ensuring that all individuals have equal opportunities and access to resources regardless of their backgrounds. This concept aims to address systemic discrimination and uplift marginalized communities, recognizing that mere formal equality may not suffice in achieving true justice and equity. 39:13 Mam....as Class Legislation is not permitted in the Constitution then why is the example of Reservation being given in this respect as reservation is permitted in the Constitution and is even being executed on a practical basis.

Although Class legislation is prohibited but Article 14 does not prohibit classification provided that classification must be based on the intelligible differentia ( in simple terms, it must be reasonable and not arbitrary) and such intelligible difference has a nexus with the object of the Act which the legislature sought to achieved. Equality is used in the Article in a very wide sense and one of its facets is to achieve justice. Hence those who are underprivileged, the Parliament can make laws for them and hence it is not violative of Article 14.

There is no concept clarity by you ma'am you are just reading the pdf and explaining them. If you are explaining exceptions of rule of law then you have to explain why president is exempted?
