Maam, under which provision parents are entitled to get maintenance from daughters. As it is mentioned in the sec-125 -if any person neglects or refuses to maintain "(d) his father and mother". And also u/s-126(a) it is mentioned that where "he resides".

Read interpretation of statutes. Unless until specifically mentioned, pronoun "he" implies both genders .

Maam there's a slight mistake I guess, In sec 125 you said When the wife is entitled to maintenance it's not mentioned in 125(4), But it's there in the explanation part of 125(1).

Marriage of a minor is voidable and not void. This means if the married minor wish to end the marriage, they can ask to decalre the marriage to be void or as if it never happened. But there is a punishment for child marriage which is for the parents or people involved in doing this
