Ma'am linking law channel mein muslim law ki class mein sources of Muslim law mein aapne 2 sources bataye they 1. Ancient and the other one is morden ancient ke types mein 1. Quran 2. Ahadis 3.Ijma 4.Qiyas Modern mein 1.Isti Hasan 2. Isti Salah 3.Ijtedar 4. Taqlid 5. Fatwa. Google mein aur mere pass Jo books hain unme secondary sources mein custom, judicial precedents, legislation, equity etc diya hai Sahi kya hai, kaise padhu. Please help me?

Hello Dear Student, see under muslim law we have two types of sources of law:- 1. Ancient source (Primary) & 2. Modern Source(secondary) Under Ancient Source we have:- 1. Quran 2. Ahadis 3.Ijma 4.Qiyas Under Modern Source we have:- 1. ISTI HASAN - Juristic Equity 2. ISTI SALAH- Public interest 3. IJTEDAR - Excercising one’s own resoning to deduce rule of law 4. TAQLID - Precedents 5. FATWA - Judicial Decisions these are the terms used to decribe the sources which you studied on google.
